Packaging Guide:

• Counterfeit boxes are 'R' 1985 boxes with the assortment of F 5973/5771ASST, any 5770 assortments are hard to find early boxes!
• There are two counterfeit boxes, version 1(v1) and version 2(v2)
• The v2 counterfeit box the sunburst is solid yellow, the gridlines cannot be seen through it.
• The front of the v2 box also has a dot next to Ages. It should be a colon
• The v2 box assortment starts too far left, it should start under his gold toe, on the V2 box it starts one grid to the left. This is not applicable for the v1 box.

Figure Guide:

• No square to place the rubsign on his neck. This is only applicable to the v1 counterfeit, the v2 counterfeit fixed this.
• When in dinosaur mode, turn the figure upside down, either side of where the manufacturer stamp is, there is a 'tunnel' for the pin that the chrome body/shields use, these should have an H shape on each end. If they are square then its an counterfeit.
• The Sludge counterfeit figure copies the Japan copyright.
• Color variants: Normal, Clear

Instructions / Sticker Sheet:

• Sludge counterfeit instructions are a copy of the 'TM' marked instructions. There is an issue with the character art - it breaks the bottom gird line and covers the entirety of the 5th from left grid square. The bottom left corner of the square should just be visible on originals.
• Counterfeit sticker sheet is larger in size to the original and the word FORMERS is not aligned well, particularly the R's.
